Pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation no. 2016/679, Mag Data S.p.a., in its capacity as the Owner and Data Controller, hereby informs you that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes.

The Data Controller of personal data is the company Mag Data S.p.a., with registered office in Strada della Selva 100/2 (43052), Colorno (PR).

Mag Data S.p.a. is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

4. Data Processor

The Company may make use of selected third parties to carry out the purposes described in this privacy policy and related processing of personal data of which it retains ownership. The data are processed by personnel authorized by the Company or external parties, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, pertinence and not excess with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.

Instructions, tasks and duties for such third parties should be formalised with the designation of the same as "data processors". Such parties shall be subject to periodic checks to determine that the levels of guarantee are maintained.

Your personal data are processed by internal staff previously authorized and designated as the person in charge of processing. Appropriate instructions are given to this regarding measures, precautions, modus operandi, all aimed at the concrete protection of your personal data.

The processing of your data is carried out by Mag Data S.p.a., for the sole purpose of providing the information requested by you. To this end, your personal data are processed as necessary for the performance of the service requested by you. You can refuse such use of your data free of charge and at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their personal data.

We will not disclose your personal information to third party contractors other than those outlined at section 4.

8. Data Transfer outside the EU

Your data won't be transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

9. Personal data retention period

Personal data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for. To this end, also through periodic checks, the strict relevance, non-excess and indispensability of the data with respect to the reltionship, service or assignment in progress is constantly checked. The data that, even after verifications, are excessive or irrelevant or not essential are not used, except for the possible conservation, according to law, of the document containing them.

In addition to the right to data portability you may exercise the rights indicated below at any time:

  • Right to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal information;

  • Right to propose a claim pursuant to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data

The provision of personal data for the purposes of processing indicated above is optional but necessary, as failure to provide them will make it impossible to follow up on your requests.
